  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 cup maida
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/2 cup curd water to Knead
  6. As needed water to Knead
  7. As needed cheese
  8. For paneer marinate
  9. 200 gms cubed paneer
  10. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/2 cup hung curd
  12. To taste Spices acc
  13. For the makhni sauce
  14. 1 cup chopped onion
  15. 3 tomatoes
  16. 1/2 fresh cream
  17. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make to make Paneer tikka naaza

  1. Mix all and knead soft dough, apply oil and keep aside for 1 hour paneer marination
    ginger garlic paste,lime,salt,hung curd,red chilli powder,black pepper,oregano,parsley,garam masala...
    Gravy-in butter add ginger garlic paste, onion fry and add, small tomatoes puree,all dry masala mix well till fully dry add cream and turn off gas..
  2. Preheat oven bake paneer for few mins.. make any shape from dough bake for few mins apply sauce put paneer, grated cheese as much required keep in preheated oven on 180° for 10 Min's..
    Serve hot and crisp, sprinkle red chilli flakes if desired!
