  21. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions to make to make Palak Paneer kofta

  1. Firstly Take a pan boil water add spinach cook for 4 5 minutes then drain and squeeze well.
  2. Roughly chopped spinach add bread crumbs or gram flour add pinch of salt mix well.
  3. Take a small bowl add grated cheese add lemon juice, salt, black pepper mix well stuffing ready.
  4. Now make a small balls from the spinach mixture stuff this panner mixture then roll into round shape.
  5. Shallow fry the spinach cheese koftas. Drain out and keep aside.
  6. For gravy:- Take a pan add oil fry cumin, cardamom, cloves.
  7. Now add onion paste saute for 3-4 minutes add ginger+ garlic + green chilli paste saute for 2 minutes add tomato puree saute till oil separate.
  8. Add all the spices and kasoori methi, salt.
  9. Add water and cook on simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Cut koftas with the help of knife.
  11. Place cut koftas on top gravy and serve.
