- 1 onion long and thin chopped
- 1 tomato long and thin chopped
- 1 bowl cabbage long and thin chopped

- 1 bowl tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Mix hubs

- First make pita bread. Take all purpose and wheat flour. Take 1 cup warm water. Add sugar, yeast and salt. Take it for 10 minutes. Then add it in flour. Make soft dough. Add olive oil as needed. Keep douge aside for 2 hours.

- Now prepare falafel. Take a bowl. Take 12 hours socked kabuli Ghana. Crush it well. Add white and green onion, coriander and mint leaves, white and green garlic, green chilli, olive oil, black pepper, cumin powder, bread crumbs. Mixed it well and make small tikkis.



- Now put tikkis in freeze for 15 minutes. Take out. Deep it in breadcrumbs and fry it till golden brown.



- Now take pita bread. First add tahini sauce. Put falafel tikka. Add salad. Put cheese, tomato sauce. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix hubs. And serve it.
