- In a pan heat ghee. Saute dry fruits separately until get golden colour. Drain out and keep aside.
- Now add cardamoms, cloves and cumin seeds saute for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste in it and saute till raw smell goes away.
- Take curd in a bowl and add rrd chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, kitchen king masala and sauces. Mix well so all things cooperated well. Keep aside.
- Add onion puree in it and saute till onion gets translucent. Now add tomato puree and saute till ghee appears.
- Now add ghee residue in it and saute till all masala cooperated well and gets golden brown colour.
- Add curd mixture in it and add ¼ cup water. Saute till ghee oozing from the sides.
- Now add paneer, fried dry fruits and ½ cup water. Mix well.
- Gradually add some water according to your desired consistency. Bring it a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the gas. Sprinkle garam masala powder over it and cover it.
