- 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp (Dissolved in 1 tbsp wat
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 4 Black Cardamom Crush, opened
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 1½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Ginger and Garlic each (Minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh Cream
- As required Leftover Marinate
- ⅛ tsp Artificial Food Colour - Optional
- ¼ tsp Sugar Optional
Steps to make to make Paneer Tikka Masala
- For tikka in bowl add all ingredients add hot oil mix well add paneer mix well refrigerated for 30 min then microwave for 10 min



- For gravy. Heat pan put oil cardamom ginger garlic paste cook till raw favour gone add onion paste stir well add salt tomato paste red chilli powder pepper powder coriander powder stir well add corn flour mixer stir well cook for 5 min in low fame

- Then add paneer tikka with water if gravy is thick cook for 2 min
